Quality Assurance Lead – Food, 4-on/4-off Shift

Gousto in Warrington is seeking a QA Lead to coordinate the QA team’s daily roadmap, mentor staff, and manage rota/holiday planning. You will drive a culture of quality and ensure audits of production processes meet high standards.

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee non-conformances, support the Pick Line QC, and help update the QMS. The role requires HACCP/BRC/GMP knowledge and strong Excel skills.
