Senior 2nd Line IT Support Engineer – Windows/M365, On-Site

Hamilton Barnes is recruiting two 2nd Line IT Support Engineers for a private healthcare provider in Earls Court, London. The role is on-site, offering day-to-day autonomy in a hospital environment and a fast-track start on a 3‑month contract.

You will own and resolve 2nd line incidents, troubleshoot a range of hardware and software issues, and support Microsoft 365, Windows and AD. This hands‑on position involves working with service desk teams, with strict SLAs and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
