Akkodis seeks an SAP-certified Hypercare / Level 1 Support Specialist for on-site duties in Broughton, North Wales. The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA in PP/Manufacturing and/or MM/QM, with strong floor-walking and incident triage requirements.
Experience in on-site support, ServiceNow ticketing, and working within a 24×7 Hypercare setup is essential. Aerospace/Airbus exposure is advantageous and may influence bid delivery decisions.
