Senior Fund Administrator

A leading independent provider of fund administration and corporate services is seeking an experienced Senior Fund Administrator to join its growing Jersey team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fund professional looking to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of fund structures while working within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of fund structures with minimal supervision




• Preparing and reviewing complex transaction documents and investor records




• Coordinating incorporations, restructures, liquidations and regulatory filings




• Acting as a primary point of contact for clients and professional intermediaries




• Leading client onboarding, CDD/EDD reviews and ongoing compliance activities




• Supporting and mentoring junior team members




• Assisting with billing, time recording and project work

About You:

• Experience within fund administration, fiduciary services or a similar financial services environment




• Studying towards, or holding, a relevant professional qualification




• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills




• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities




• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
