Founding Children’s Home Manager — Build a New OFSTED Home

Olive Recruit is seeking an Ofsted-registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a brand-new 4/5-bed EBD home in Burntwood. You will shape the culture, values, and service from opening through to ongoing operations, supported by a Responsible Individual and a dedicated group.

A base in Burntwood offers scope to drive improvement and achieve KPI targets. The role requires a Level 3/4/5 leadership qualification, at least 1 year in a managerial childcare role and 2 years in residential care.
