Ward Clinical Nurse Leader (24/7) – Care Excellence

The post holder will have 24-hour responsibility for the effective and efficient operational day to day management of the department / ward, including budget control, clinical governance, staff development and training.

The post holder is professionally accountable for the maintenance of standards of professional practice and standards of care, and will provide professional clinical leadership within a defined area and to the multi-disciplinary team.
