Job Description:
The Special Care Baby Unit at Epsom and its surrounding neonatal services are seeking a leader to deliver high-quality care to babies and families while supporting the integrated neonatal and transitional care model.
The post holder will provide direct care to sick and preterm infants, respond to Neonatal emergencies, and work with the ward manager to deliver visible professional leadership across units. The role emphasises family-centred care and education for parents and carers.
