Staff AI Conversation Designer for Health UX

Spring Health in New York City is seeking an AI Interaction Designer to craft empathetic, clinically valid AI experiences for web and mobile. You will own intent architecture, design parameters, tone, and flows for our AI agents to drive meaningful behavior change.

You will collaborate with Clinical and Product teams, prototype chat interfaces, manage prompt versioning, and ensure high-quality conversational experiences while reducing hallucinations.
