Manufacturing Team Lead – Lean, Safety & Quality

VES, established in 1968, is a British ventilation specialist with two UK factories. The Manufacturing Team Leader will supervise a cross-functional production team, plan daily schedules, and ensure quality and on-time delivery across air handling units and related solutions.

The role emphasises hands-on leadership, coaching, Lean methods, and collaboration with the Manufacturing Manager to optimise routes, training, and performance. Based in Chandler’s Ford, UK.
