Chartered Structural Team Lead – Hybrid, Hands-on Delivery

Stantec is seeking a Chartered Structural Engineer to lead and grow our Structural Engineering division. The successful candidate will act as Structural Team Lead, providing regional leadership and hands-on delivery with travel to meet teams in multiple cities across the UK.

You will oversee budgets and timelines, mentor junior engineers, and maintain technical excellence using modern design tools. A degree in structural/civil engineering and chartered status are required.
