Guernsey MLRO & Financial Crime Compliance Lead

Gen II in Guernsey seeks an experienced MLRO to oversee client entity compliance under GFSC framework. You will receive, evaluate, and decide on internal disclosures and lead external SAR submissions when required.

You will maintain SAR registers, ensure non-disclosure rules, liaise with law enforcement, and guide staff on AML/CFT processes. The role is based in Guernsey with agile working where feasible.
