Branch Customer Experience Advisor – Part-Time

Santander Bracknell is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to support customers in-branch and by phone. This part-time role (24.5 hours weekly) operates on a rota from Monday to Saturday (8am–6pm), with a focus on delivering friendly, proactive service and solving customer queries.

You will handle transactions, assist with technology in-branch, and contribute to fraud prevention and overall customer satisfaction.
