Head of Service Ops – Commercial Catering Equipment (Grimsby)

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Service Manager (Commercial Catering Equipment) in Grimsby to lead the day-to-day Service Department and drive KPI performance in a fast-growing family-run business.

You will own all aspects of the service operation, shape market strategy, manage PPM agreements, and build strong customer relationships. Office based, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm with flexible working hours.
