Hotel Maintenance Manager — Proactive Leader, Energy Champion

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA in Leeds is seeking a Maintenance Manager to supervise all hotel maintenance tasks, coordinate repairs, upgrades and preventive work to uphold standards of cleanliness, functionality and aesthetics.

You will ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical and kitchen equipment are well maintained, comply with safety regulations, and proactively inspect the property to prevent downtime while coordinating with housekeeping, front office and F&B for a seamless guest experience.
