We are currently recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver Nights for our client based in Sittingbourne, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional HGV Class 1 Driver Nights looking for ongoing, full-time work with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule.
Location: Sittingbourne, KentPay Rate: £19.49 per hour to £38.98 per hourEnhanced rates available for weekends and Bank HolidaysHours: Monday to Friday, 17:00/18:00pm starts, averaging 10-12 hour shiftsContract: Ongoing, full-time opportunity
As an HGV Class 1 Driver Nights, you will be responsible for carrying out deliveries and collections while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service.
This role is ideal for an experienced Class 1 Driver, LGV Class 1 Driver, CE Driver, Category CE Driver, C+E Driver, HGV Driver, HGV Night Driver, Trunking Driver, or General Haulage Driver looking for stable, long-term work.
HGV Class 1 Driver Key Responsibilities
Driving a Class 1 (Category CE) vehicleCompleting deliveries and collections safely and efficientlyProviding excellent customer service at all delivery and collection pointsRepresenting the business professionally at customer sites
HGV Class 1 Driver Requirements
• Valid HGV Class 1 / Category CE / C+E Licence• Driver CPC Qualification Card• Digital Tachograph Card• Must have held your licence for a minimum of 1 year• Must have atleast 6 months experience• Previous experience as an HGV Class 1 Driver, Class 1 Driver, LGV Driver, CE Driver, or Category CE Driver• Good understanding of transport legislation and road safety regulations• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach• Strong communication and organisational skills
