Junior Workforce Solutions Specialist
We’re looking for a Junior Workforce Solutions Specialist to support critical workforce management systems, including UKG Kronos, SAP ECP Payroll and Access Control platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Provide first and second-line support for Kronos, SAP Payroll and Access Control systems
- Manage incidents, service requests and access requests through the Service Desk
- Monitor and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs
- Support user administration, data updates and system maintenance
- Assist with reporting, data analysis and issue investigation
- Support system upgrades, testing, implementations and change initiatives
- Contribute to process improvements and service delivery enhancements
What You’ll Bring
- Experience supporting business applications or enterprise systems
- Strong customer service and Service Desk experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good Excel skills, including lookups, pivots and data validation
Desirable:
- Experience with UKG Kronos
- Exposure to SAP Payroll / SAP ECP
- Knowledge of HR, Payroll or Workforce Management processes
- Experience supporting Access Control systems
