Working closely with resident directors, leaseholders and contractors, you’ll provide clear leadership across compliance, safety and service delivery while nurturing trust and transparency at every step.This is a role for someone who enjoys variety and autonomy. You’ll balance board governance and budgeting with hands-on site presence and decisive action on maintenance, risk and safety particularly within HRBs backed by the systems, specialist support and scale of the wider Group.ROLE EXPECTATIONSMost days, you will be coordinating priorities across your portfolio, planning works, reviewing compliance status, progressing actions with contractors, and updating RMC directors and residents with timely, clear communications. You will lead on budgeting and service charge management, ensure building safety duties are met for HRBs, and keep everything moving with organised, proactive follow-through.
