Executive Interim CFO | PE‑Backed B2B SaaS, London

Zanda, an executive search partner, is working with a UK B2B SaaS business seeking an Interim CFO after investment. The role focuses on reporting to lenders, board packs, ARR/NRR data, and driving a value creation plan with organic growth, international expansion and bolt-ons.

You should have CFO experience in at least two PE-backed SaaS firms with revenue above £20m, be comfortable at board level, and able to build credibility with a deal team and lead the finance workstream through diligence
