Global Leader, AI-Enabled Product & Platform Development

ADP is seeking a Senior Director, Product Development to lead a globally distributed team of about 50 engineers across four managers, delivering the Pi platform and country-specific policy solutions for Spain, the Netherlands, and Ireland, with plans to expand.

You will partner with product managers, architects, UX, clients and business leaders to scale internationally while maintaining quality, balance customization with standardization, and drive AI-enabled innovation.
