Hiring: Security GRC Manager London | Monday–Thursday in office | Up to £90,000-£100,000
I’m working on a hands‑on Security GRC Manager role with a fast-growing B2B SaaS business.
You’ll own security compliance end-to-end across ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2 and HIPAA, alongside leading enterprise security reviews, customer questionnaires and trust processes.
A key part of the role is being comfortable leading or influencing enterprise sales conversations from a security perspective — working directly with prospects and customers to navigate security reviews, procurement, RFPs and due diligence, as well as owning the day-to-day audit and compliance programme.
The role also has a strong AI focus, using AI to streamline compliance, automate repetitive GRC workflows and make customer trust work faster and more scalable.
Looking for someone with:
- 4+ years in GRC / Security / Compliance
- Hands-on audit and compliance experience
- Experience supporting enterprise sales from a security/GRC perspective
- A genuine interest in using AI to improve GRC operations
