Our client is a well-established Chambers and Legal 500 ranked law firm with an excellent reputation across its specialist teams.

The firm is looking for a Community Care Solicitor to join its highly regarded team. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives with relevant experience, across a range of PQE levels.

The Role

Your work will include:

• Care Act assessments
• Financial assessments and charging
• Continuing Healthcare/NHS-funded care
• Court of Protection
• Special Educational Needs
• Wider Community Care and Public Law matters

About You

• UK qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Recent and relevant experience in Community Care or a related area
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
