Store Manager — Drive Sales & Lead a High-Impact Team

TALA is seeking a Store Manager for our Edinburgh flagship to lead commercial performance, people development and customer experience. You will own the P&L, optimise staffing, and ensure brand standards across the store.

You will recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team, partner with HQ on reporting, and drive a best-in-class in-store journey, supporting local community events and activations.
