Hybrid Service Desk & Delivery Manager

TSR Select is seeking a Service Desk Team Lead to oversee hybrid operations at Liverpool Street. You will mentor staff, manage incidents and requests, and drive ITIL process improvements while ensuring SLA and KPI targets are met.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and documentation discipline, with hands-on experience in MS 365, Azure, AD, and networking. Hybrid workplace with three office days per week.
