Digital Marketing Executive – Entertainment
Location: London
Sector: Entertainment
Focus: Paid Social & PPC
The Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Executive to join our entertainment business on a three-day-a-week basis in London.
This is a hands-on digital marketing role with a particular focus on Paid Social and PPC, helping to plan, launch, optimise and report on campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, ticket sales/conversions and audience growth.
You’ll work closely with the wider marketing and creative teams to deliver compelling campaigns across our entertainment brands, shows, events and/or productions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build and manage Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and other relevant channels.
- Manage and optimise PPC/Search campaigns, primarily through Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and continually optimise budgets, audiences, bidding, targeting and creative to improve results.
- Support digital campaigns around key entertainment launches, events, productions and promotional moments.
- Work with creative teams to develop and test engaging paid-social assets and advertising copy.
- Manage campaign tracking, including pixels, conversion events and UTM parameters.
- Analyse performance using platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Produce clear campaign reports covering key metrics including reach, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversions.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through audience, creative and landing-page testing.
- Keep up to date with digital advertising trends, platform developments and emerging opportunities within entertainment and culture.
- Support the wider marketing team with digital activity where required.
About You
You’ll ideally have previous experience in a Digital Marketing Executive, Paid Media Executive, Performance Marketing Executive or similar role.
You should have:
- Hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns, particularly Meta Ads.
- Experience running Google Ads/PPC campaigns.
- A good understanding of campaign optimisation, targeting, audience segmentation and budget management.
- Confidence analysing campaign data and turning insights into practical recommendations.
- Familiarity with GA4 and digital tracking/reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- A creative mindset alongside a strong understanding of performance and data.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- An interest in entertainment, live events, theatre, music, film, media or culture.
Experience within entertainment or a related consumer-facing industry would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
What We’re Looking For
This role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on with campaigns rather than simply briefing agencies. You’ll be comfortable moving between creative thinking and performance data — understanding both what makes audiences engage and what ultimately drives conversion.
You’ll be joining a fast-moving entertainment environment where campaigns can have short lead times, multiple creative assets and clearly defined commercial targets.
