Inventory First-Line Manager — Lead a Fast-Paced Warehouse

GXO is recruiting an Inventory First Line Manager for a Milton Keynes site. You will lead a warehouse team, drive continuous improvement and promote a team-based culture to deliver exceptional service to LVMH and customers.

You will manage stock integrity, oversee batch management, and use DLx WMS. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong Excel skills, and a flexible 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 shift rotation on a 5-out-of-7 pattern.
