Strategic Pre-Construction Leader

BAM UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead preconstruction activities across the Business Unit and Sector. You will drive opportunity management, resource planning and bid delivery while aligning with BAM’s strategy and standards.

This key leadership role provides direction to multidisciplinary teams, develops the preconstruction pipeline and strengthens client relationships to deliver sustainable growth. Based at our Kilsyth or Inverness hubs.
