Global HCM Solution Architect

ADP is seeking a Global Solution Designer to lead the end-to-end design across HR, Talent, Payroll and Time for multinational clients. You will balance global standardization with local compliance, drive an 80/20 approach, and govern design integrity throughout the program lifecycle.

You will collaborate with clients, implementation teams, and domain experts to translate business challenges into practical, scalable HCM solutions that align with product strategy and client objectives.
