Our client is seeking a Mortgages Senior Client Manager to coordinate the mortgage support team and ensure cases progress smoothly from enquiry to completion. The Role:

• Coordinate daily workflow across the mortgage support team and keep cases moving.
• Manage mortgage and protection cases from enquiry to completion.
• Liaise with lenders, providers, advisers and solicitors to resolve queries.
• Support colleagues, improve processes and maintain consistent service standards.

The Person:

• At least two years of financial services administration experience, ideally in mortgages, protection or a regulated environment.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, coordinating or informally leading a team.
• Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail.
• A calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
