Senior National Account Growth Lead – Grocery

MacGregor Black is partnering with a food and snacking manufacturer to appoint a Senior National Account / BDM to lead relationships with Morrisons, Asda, Aldi and Lidl. You will own the portfolio P&L, develop account strategies and drive growth across multiple channels.

The role combines strategic leadership with proactive business development, requiring strong negotiation, analytical skills and a capability to coach a National Account Executive in a transforming commercial team.
