Bakery Production Leader – Lean, Safety & Growth

Fox’s Burton’s Companies UK is seeking a Production Manager for our Batley bakery to lead the value stream with a customer-focused strategy, ensuring resource planning, production delivery, and profitability.

You will drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and food standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site role with alternating shifts 7:00–14:30 and 14:30–22:00, Monday to Friday, with overtime as required.
