We are looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our Home Group contract, covering Harrogate and Darlington. The Role
As a Gas Engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, reliable and customer-focused services across occupied properties. You’ll carry out a variety of gas servicing, repairs and installation works while ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance. Working as part of a supportive and professional team, you will use a handheld device to manage and complete jobs efficiently, keeping customers informed throughout and delivering an excellent experience at every visit. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to utilise your technical expertise while making a genuine impact on the lives of residents.
About You
- Qualified Gas Engineer passionate about delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
- Hold current ACS accreditations including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1 and HTR1.
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent City & Guilds qualification.
- Valid Gas Safe registration and Unvented Hot Water (G3) qualification.
- JIB PMES Blue Card (desirable).
- Experience within social housing or property maintenance environments preferred, but transferable experience considered.
- Full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
