Senior Resident Liaison Lead – Social Housing & Customer Care

Wates Property Services is seeking a Senior Resident Liaison Officer to support social housing refurbishment programmes across Hampshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire and Dorset. This role focuses on one project and area at a time, promoting exceptional customer care and driving performance.

You will mentor and lead Resident Liaison Officers, handle resident escalations, and collaborate with site teams to meet KPI targets while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
