Night Shift Leader — Retail Team

Tesco is seeking a Night Shift Lead to supervise store operations and deliver outstanding customer service.

Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in some stores, with a night premium of £2.35 per hour between midnight and 6am. A guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week is offered, with roles from 12 hours also available.

You’ll manage the team, coordinate across store areas, and stand in for the Store Manager when needed, with ongoing opportunities for growth.
