Sales Executive – Salisbury

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for a Sales Executive to join one of the largest and most successful motor retail businesses in the UK, based in Salisbury!

Our client seeks a Sales Executive with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the automotive industry as a Sales Executive, ready to dive in and make an immediate impact!

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth transactions.

The Package:

Basic salary of £20,000 with OTE bandings of up to £80,000 UNCAPPED + Company car!!

Monday to Friday (8:30am – 6:00pm)

Saturdays (8:30am – 5:00pm) + Sundays (10:30am – 4:30pm)!

Full weekend off on rota
