Talent Acquisition Coordinator – 6 Month FTC (Hybrid)

WHSmith is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the TA team on a 6 month FTC, with hybrid work options in London or Swindon. You’ll partner with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment and manage onboarding for diverse talent across multiple brands.

You’ll own TA admin and HR systems (Dayforce and TeamTailor), maintain real-time recruitment metrics, and support PO admin and EVP initiatives to strengthen our employer brand.
