HR Operations Lead — Transformation & Compliance

University of Oxford’s Department of Materials is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead HR operations, drive improvements, and deputise for the Head of HR. You will support managers and academic staff, ensuring compliant recruitment and HR processes.

The ideal candidate is CIPD qualified (or equivalent), a capable HR Generalist with strong interpersonal skills, and solid knowledge of UK employment law and UKVI regulations.
