Regional Tours Operations Lead (Edinburgh/Dublin/London)

SANDEMANs Tours is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead day-to-day tour operations across Edinburgh, Dublin, and London. This hands-on role includes scheduling, guide coverage, and on-the-ground problem solving, with ownership over regional performance.

You’ll recruit and develop guides, manage a small regional team, monitor guest satisfaction, and report KPIs to central leadership. A growth path toward an Operations Director role is available as the team scales.
