Business Systems & Process Improvement Analyst

Thomas Franks is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst – Systems & Process Improvement to support our systems and transformation roadmap. You will translate operational pain points into clear process maps, data standards, and practical delivery plans while collaborating with finance, HR, procurement, ESG and technology teams.

You will help simplify processes, improve data quality, and drive adoption of digital tools to reduce manual work and reporting inconsistencies across the business.
