Senior Rural Building Surveyor – Historic Estates

James & Partners is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join its Scottish Rural division at Associate, Associate Director or Senior Associate Director level. The role combines hands-on surveying with strategic estate advice across Scotland, including Edinburgh, Perth and Inverness.

You will advise on historic and traditional buildings, manage maintenance plans, and grow the Building Consultancy service in Scotland, mentoring junior colleagues as needed.
