We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality maintenance services across our facilities and public spaces. The postholder is responsible for managing a programme of work, to ensure that the Council’s land and property assets are in good repair, fit for purpose and are managed effectively and efficiently. This role involves the day to day management of maintenance team and working closely with the senior management team, the Facilities Committee and councillors to provide advice on property related matters and carry out responsive repairs, alongside a programme of planned maintenance and small works.
