Senior Emergency Plans Officer – Hybrid Resilience Planning

Wirral Council is seeking two Senior Plans Officers (Emergency Resilience Planning) for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will lead plan development, draft and update emergency plans, and coordinate with multiple partners to ensure compliance with civil contingencies provisions.
