About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will support the delivery of a varied and high-impact portfolio of projects across Norwood .
You will lead capital projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. Your work will span property developments, digital systems and service transformation; working closely with our Assistant Director of Major Projects.
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with colleagues, external partners and people with lived experience to ensure projects are practical, inclusive and aligned to organisational priorities.

You will:
- Lead and/or support the delivery of multiple projects across capital, digital and change programmes
- Develop project plans, manage risks and track progress against milestones
- Support business cases, proposals and project governance processes
- Ensure projects meet regulatory, safety and quality standards
- Work collaboratively across teams to deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes

Your Day to Day
You will:
- Manage day-to-day delivery of allocated projects, ensuring scope, timelines and budgets are met
- Coordinate internal teams, external consultants and contractors
- Support capital projects including new builds, refurbishments and adaptations
- Work with IT and suppliers to support digital transformation initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, consultations and change activities across services
- Monitor risks and performance, escalating issues where needed
- Prepare reports, presentations and updates for senior stakeholders
- Ensure strong governance, documentation and compliance across all projects
You will work across a broad range of stakeholders, ensuring projects reflect the needs of the people we support and deliver real operational impact.
