Used Car Sales Manager — Lead Team, OTE £50k + Company Car

Marshall Motor Group is seeking a Sales Manager for our UK operations. You will manage and motivate a team of Sales Executives to meet used car, finance and insurance targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires leading by example, coaching, handling escalations, and collaborating across departments to achieve strong commercial results. In addition to leadership duties, you will contribute to planning promotions, stock decisions and financial forecasting.
