We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to join ZEDRA as a Business Support Officer, supporting our Trust Services team and helping deliver exceptional service to clients.
In this role, you’ll support the onboarding of new trusts, manage client asset reconciliations, produce valuations and management information reports, and help ensure the highest standards of client service, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities
- Support the team in onboarding new trusts from a variety of financial advisors, utilising a number of different bond providers.
- Understand and maintain the end to end process of onboarding, identifying and implementing process improvements where appropriate.
- Production of client facing valuations for trusts and probate valuations for estate clients.
- Ongoing reconciliation of client assets held to the books & records system (Navision).
- Efficient administration to ensure excellent client service, accurate reporting, tax compliance and risk management.
- Production and maintenance of MI reporting for the business.
- Team player with ability to actively identify and implement business initiatives for process improvement.

Regulatory Responsibilities
- The role holder is expected to proactively work towards achieving an FCA recognised.
- Investment management qualification within 2 years of appointment, following which they will be:
- Approved by the firm under the Certification Regimes as Client Dealing
- Maintain the required levels of fitness and propriety to meet the role requirements from a regulatory perspective.

Professional and Technical Experience
