The Opportunity
We’re working with a leading Formula 1 team who are looking to bring in experienced Quality Inspectors to support their high-performance manufacturing environment.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge engineering team where precision, speed, and quality are critical to success on the track.
The Role
As a Quality Inspector, you’ll play a key role in ensuring components meet strict engineering and racing standards.Working closely with the Quality Control Manager and Team Leaders, you will:
- Inspect components against detailed engineering drawings
- Ensure compliance with tight tolerances and specifications
- Support efficient processing and release of parts
- Produce clear and concise non-conformance reports
- Contribute to continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to speak with detail-driven inspectors who thrive in high-pressure engineering environments.Key experience includes:
- Strong experience with PolyWorks (essential)
- CMM programming using PC-DMIS
- Confident use of inspection arms
- Solid understanding and practical application of GD&T
- Experience with metrology bench equipment & standard inspection tools
- Familiarity with laser part marking equipment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Rates (PAYE)
- Grade 1: £29.91 per hour
- Grade 2: £23.23 per hour
- Grade 3: £19.68 per hour
