For our site in Swindon (Wiltshire), we are looking for a Junior Customer Service Manager’s Support, a role that will assist the Customer Service Manager in technical support, installation, maintenance, and post-sales activities for ILPRA machines in the UK market.

What we are looking for

• Short experience (also internship/placement) in technical or customer service roles, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Interest and aptitude for mechanical and electrical topics.
• Good communication skills and a strong team‑working attitude.
• Willingness to work in an international context and interact with the headquarters.
• Good organisational skills and eagerness to learn quickly.
• Strong customer orientation, accuracy, and problem‑solving mindset.

Expected gross annual salary (RAL): £30,000–£35,000, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skills.
