Job Description nMulti-Skilled Shift Engineern n Northampton n Salary: £62,000 – £66,000 OTE n 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) n We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join a leading FMCG beverage manufacturing business in Northampton. Working within a highly automated production environment, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and continuous improvement activities to ensure maximum plant reliability and performance. n The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience gained within FMCG, food, beverage, or other fast-paced manufacturing environments. Experience fault-finding on automated production machinery, motors, drives, conveyors, pumps, PLC-controlled equipment, and pneumatic systems would be highly advantageous. n Key Responsibilities: n n Planned preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment n Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs n Supporting continuous improvement and root cause analysis projects n Working safely in line with HSE and LOTO procedures n Maintaining accurate maintenance records through CMMS n n Requirements: n n NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or HNC in Engineering n Multi-skilled maintenance experience within manufacturing n Strong electrical fault-finding skills n Ability to work a rotating 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern n n Package: n n Basic Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 n Shift Allowance: £11,188 n Skills Supplement: Up to £5,500 n Company Bonus n Enhanced Pension n Life Assurance n 24/7 GP Access n High Street Discounts n Monthly Product Allowance n n This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-invested manufacturing site offering long-term career development, excellent benefits, and strong earning potential. n n JBRP1_UKTJ
