You’ll be responsible for safely operating a Class 2 vehicle while working as part of a team to collect, transport and unload waste and recycling materials across the Bristol area.n The Role n n Safely drive and operate HGV Class 2 vehicles in line with legal requirements and company procedures. n Collect, load, transport and unload waste and recycling materials. n Complete daily vehicle safety checks and report defects promptly. n Tip vehicles at approved recycling and waste facilities. n Accurately complete paperwork and electronic records using handheld devices. n Maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness and presentation. n Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally with colleagues, customers and the public. n Work flexibly across different operational locations when required. n Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures. n This is a hands-on outdoor role involving regular lifting, moving bins and recycling containers, and working in all weather conditions.
