Lead Mechanical Engineer, Underwater Systems

Thales in the UK is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Lead for the Under Water Systems (UWS) project in Crawley. You will provide leadership to the mechanical team, drive design for subsea environments and collaborate with PDA/PLA on technical decisions.

Essential experience includes CREO, PDMLink, DEF STAN/ISO standards, and the ability to deliver detailed manufacturing drawings while mentoring others and coordinating trade-offs between cost and customer requirements.
