Lifecycle Asset Project Manager – Healthcare & Education

Equans is seeking a Project Manager to join our Birmingham team, delivering on Birmingham Schools and Dudley LIFT contracts. The role covers asset management and project delivery within healthcare and education sites, with a focus on building infrastructure and M&E disciplines.

You will work with internal teams and our FM suppliers to ensure maintenance contracts are met within the 5-year lifecycle, while supporting continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across projects.
